We collect your personal data when you sign up to receive our e-newsletters, if you have registered your interest in our events, workshops and activities, or if you participate in our activities, workshops and events.
We only collect the information that’s necessary to carry out our business, and provide you with the information you’ve chosen to receive. Any information you share with us enables us to provide you with a more personalised experience.
Mind Over Matter Arts CIC does not share personal data with any other organisations.
We hold your data securely on our systems, and use the following companies to process data on our behalf.

- Eventbrite for ticketing specific events, read their privacy policy here
- Stripe for processing payments for donations, merchandise or any products or services we may offer on our website, read their privacy policy here
You can stop receiving email newsletters from Mind Over Matter Arts CIC at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of the email, and we will delete your data and stop contacting you.
We will not store your credit or debit card details and any payments will be taken on a per-transaction basis, as indicated by the card holder when booking online with Eventbrite or via the donations area of our website – via ‘Give’. We are not responsible for our partners external booking systems.
We currently do not collect any data through Google Analytics.
